Return Policy

Since 2003, Maiden America has provided a “Nordstrom” level of customer care that has included a generous return policy for its handmade goods. However, as a result of Coronavirus COVID-19, no returns can be accepted, so all sales are final.  

Since 2003, Maiden America has provided its customers with a return option for its custom-made products. Although it is generally accepted that custom-ordered goods are non-refundable items, Maiden America’s policy is to provide store credit whenever and to whatever extent is reasonable and possible. In order to receive store credit on Maiden America’s products that are all handmade items that go into production when an order is placed, the following terms apply:

To receive store credit, returns must be:

  • made within 14 days
  • accompanied by a receipt and all original packaging
  • in new condition, NO exceptions

Providing all above terms are met, store credit will be issued in the amount of the purchase price of the item(s), not including shipping and handling.
